Organizational Climate - Objectives
• To increase the satisfaction level among the employees, understanding, involvement and opinions regarding cultural and political aspects, regulations, procedures and customs that are practiced in the company, as well as progress expectations, career possibility, personal and professional relationship with the leadership.
• To critically analyze and interpret these results, informing it to the company’s board of directors and the participants themselves, through reports and/or other communication channels;
• To suggest improvements in the research aspects considered to be “weak” by the participants;
